摘要
目的:探讨快速康复外科理念应用于经皮肾镜碎石术围手术期护理的效果。方法:收治行经皮肾镜碎石术患者100例,随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理措施,研究组在对照组基础上加用快速康复外科理念,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组首次排气时间、术后并发症发生率、住院时间和护理满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科理念应用于经皮肾镜碎石术围手术期护理的效果显著。
Objective:To explore the application effect of fast track surgery concept in perioperative nursing of percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods:100 patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group added with fast track surgery concept on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the first exhaust time,postoperative complication rate,hospital stay and nursing satisfaction were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of fast track surgery concept in perioperative nursing of percutaneous nephrolithotomy was significant.
