红细胞生成相关MiRNA和LncRNA研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 红细胞生成是受多因素调节的个体分化发育的重要生理过程。红细胞生成异常会引起白血病、淋巴瘤、地中海贫血等多种严重的遗传性、获得性血液系统疾病。迄今,微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)和长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,lncRNA)的发现和功能研究证实二者可通过多种形式调控基因表达,在红细胞生成过程中扮演重要角色,与红系生成分化相关疾病的发生发展,临床诊疗及预后关系密切。本文综述了近年来红细胞生成相关的miRNA和lncRNA的研究进展。 Erythropoiesis is an important physiological process regulated by multiple factors during the individual development and differentiation.The abnormal erythrocyte differentiation can cause leukemia,lymphoma,thalassemia and other serious hereditary and acquired hematological diseases.It had been confirmed that both microRNA(miRNA)and long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)play key roles in the process of erythropoiesis through various forms of gene expression regulation.They are closely correlated with the occurrence,development,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of erythroid differentiation-related diseases.This paper reviews the recent research progress in erythropoiesis-related miRNA and lncRNA.
