摘要
界定了工业园区以及公共服务设施的概念;分析了工业园区公共服务设施陈旧闲置,数量缺乏和以旧修旧的现状,提出了修缮优化、适当增补和新旧融合三个方面的转型策略,为城市修补理论下工业园区公共服务设施转型提供了新思路。
This paper defines the concept of industrial parks and public service facilities,analyzes the actuality of public service facilities in industrial park,such as old idle,lack of quantity and repairs old with old,puts forward the transformation strategy of three aspects: repair optimization,appropriate supplementation and old and new integration and provides a new idea for the transformation of public service facilities in industrial park under the theory of urban repair.
