摘要
提出了一种交换工作台液压伺服驱动系统设计方案。设计中,选用一对自整角机作为角差测量装置进行交换工作台的旋转角位移反馈检测,通过电液伺服阀控制液压马达提供动力驱动交换工作台转动实现角位移控制。液压回路中分别设置了蓄能器和相关的卸荷回路等来提高系统的工作平稳性和降低功率损失。该交换工作台液压伺服控制系统设计具有结构简单、工作可靠和控制精度高等特点。
This paper presents a design scheme of hydraulic servo drive system on an exchange worktable. In design, selection of a pair of synchro as a rotation angular displacement feedback detection of exchange worktable, the angular displacement of exchange worktable is controlled by electro-hydraulic servo valve controlled hydraulic motor. Accumulator and associated unloading circuit were set in hydraulic circuit, etc. to improve system stability and reduce power loss. The electro-hydraulic servo control system of exchange worktable has a simple structure, reliable operation and high precision control, has broad application prospects.
