摘要 针对有关内河船舶活动的真实数据相对缺乏,直接利用该数据建立排放清单较为困难的问题,提出基于交通流仿真数据开展内河水网船舶排放清单研究的方法。以浙江省北部内河水网为例,仿真、验证交通流和船舶个体活动数据,结合船舶引擎功率的排放因子建立4种不同交通情形下的船舶排放清单,并对交通参数和船舶排放特征基础数据进行相关性分析。该研究可为相关部门从交通控制和组织的角度制订节能减排措施提供参考。 Due to insufficient accumulation of the inland shipping data in China,it is adequate to conduct emission study concerning ships navigating in the waterway networks. An approach to calculate the Emission Inventory for Ships in Inland Waterway Network based on Simulation Data is presented. As a case study,an inland waterway network in the north region of Zhejiang Province,East China,is demonstrated. The traffic flow data is reproduced by simulation software. Based on the simulated traffic data,emission inventory for the waterway network is developed considering four kinds of scenarios. The correlation between traffic characteristics and emission features of each waterway section is also modeled. The study will be helpful to make the policy and take measures for energy saving and emission reduction from the perspectives of the management of vessel traffic flow.
