补阳还五汤高效液相色谱指纹图谱的建立 被引量:10

摘要 目的:建立补阳还五汤的HPLC指纹图谱。方法:以Inertsil ODS-SP C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;1%甲酸溶液(A)-1%甲酸乙腈(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱;检测波长:265 nm;流速:0.8 mL/min。HPLC法建立补阳还五汤指纹图谱,并对15批样品进行相似度分析,通过高分辨质谱指认其中成分。结果:建立了补阳还五汤HPLC指纹图谱,标记了23个共有峰,高分辨质谱指认了其中5个成分(芍药苷、羟基红花苏黄色素A、刺芒柄花黄素、刺芒柄花苷、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷);相似度分析结果在0.876~0.997之间。结论:建立的补阳还五汤HPLC指纹图谱可为其质量控制提供依据。 Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Buyang Huanwu Decoction.Methods:The analysis was carried out on the Inertsil ODS-SP C18(150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm)column with a mobile phase consisting of 1% formic acid(A)-acetonitrile(B,containing 1% formic acid) with gradient elution,the detection wavelength was 265 nm,the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min.The similarity of 15 batches samples of Buyang Hanwu Decoction were analyzed.And used the high resolution mass spectrometry identified the components.Results:The HPLC fingerprint of Buyang Huanwu Decoction was established,23 common peaks were marked,and five constituents (peoniflorin,hydroxy safflower yellow pigment A,form ononetin,ononin,calycosin glycosid) were identified by high resolution mass spectrometry.The similarities of samples were between 0.876 ~ 0.997.Conclusion:The method of HPLC fingerprint is stable,reliable,which can be used for quality control.
