摘要
目的探讨中医骨伤手法联合中药内服治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床效果。方法回顾性分析2016年7月—2017年2月104例椎动脉型颈椎病患者,依据就诊顺序分成观察组与对照组,对照组单纯采用中药内服治疗,观察组采用中医骨伤手法联合中药内服治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果及临床症状评分变化。结果经治疗,观察组总有效率与对照组比较显著提高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后患者眩晕、头痛、恶心呕吐的症状评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医骨伤手法联合中药内服治疗椎动脉型颈椎病具有显著效果,可改善临床症状,促进恢复,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics manipulation combined with Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods A retrospective analysis of 104 cases of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type patients from July 2016 to February 2017 was carried out. According to the order of treatment,patients were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with oral Chinese herbal medicine. The observation group used traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics manipulation combined with oral Chinese herbal medicine. The clinical symptoms and clinical curative effect score changes were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of vertigo,headache,nausea and vomiting in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics manipulation combined with Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type has significant effect,can improve clinical symptoms,promote recovery,and is worth popularizing.
