摘要
特高压输电线路工程在河网地区设计为水上灌注桩基础,施工面临水上运输量大、作业面积小、钻孔施工难度大等难题,结合特高压淮南-南京-上海工程B100塔位施工实践,介绍水上灌注桩施工工艺,包括水上平台搭设、内外护筒配合、循环钻孔施工工艺、水下浇制混凝土、水上悬空承台支模等施工技术。工程实践表明,这套浅水水域施工输电线路工程技术实现了全程机械化施工,保证了水域养殖生态环境,为后续同类施工灌注桩提供经验和借鉴。
Special UHV transmission line project in the river network area design for water filling pile foundation. Construction of the face of water transport capacity, operating a small area, borehole construction difficulty and problem, combined with UHV Huainan-Nanjing-Shanghai transmission line B100 tower construction practice,water filling pile application technology,including water platform take design, both inside and outside the casing with, circulation drilling construction process, underwater pouring concrete, water suspended slab formwork construction technology are introduced.
