摘要
目的探讨口腔正畸结合修复应用于牙列缺损患者的临床疗效。方法选择2016年1月至2017年1月80例牙列缺损患者,随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用常规牙科修复治疗,试验组采用口腔正畸治疗结合修复治疗。观察和比较两组临床疗效。结果试验组在固定功能、美观程度、语言功能、舒适度、咀嚼功能等方面满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸治疗改善义齿缺损,改善口腔功能和美学效果明显,改善了患者满意度,进一步促进了临床应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of oral orthodontic treatment combined with repair in dentition defect.Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,80 patients with dentition defect were treated and randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group was treated with conventional dental restoration.The treatment group was treated with oral orthodontic treatment combined with repair treatment.The effects of clinical treatments of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The fixation function,degree of beauty,language function,comfort level and chewing function in the observation group were statistically better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Oral orthodontic treatment improves denture defect,oral function,aesthetic effect,and patient satisfaction,and is worth clinical application.
