摘要
当代学校教育改革与发展的趋势是创造性地落实"治理"理念。结合学校组织及其成员的特殊性,发现阻碍学校变革推进的瓶颈问题是运行重心太高、价值取向模糊、缺乏系统综合思维。为此,本文在理论上通过比较相关概念,进一步厘清"治理"的理念;在实践上,努力提炼当代学校变革走向治理的转化路径。最后指出,实现治理需要重心下移的运行方式、成人成事的价值取向和综合融通的思维方式。
The trend of contemporary school education reform and development is to creatively implement the new concept of ＂ governance.＂ Combined with the particularity of the school organization and its members, we can find the bottlenecks that hinder the promotion of school change： the focus of operation is too high, the value orientation is fuzzy, and there is a lack of systematic and comprehensive thinking mode. To this end, in theory by comparing the relevant concepts, it is necessary to deeply clarify the ＂ governance＂ of new ideas. In practice, the transformation path of realizing governance in contemporary school reform is refined and enlightened. To realize governance, we need a new operation mode, aduh＇svalue orientation and the integrated approach of thinking.
