Management, Leadership and Governance in Promoting School Reform: Type Differentiation and Phase Transformation

摘要 当代学校教育改革与发展的趋势是创造性地落实"治理"理念。结合学校组织及其成员的特殊性,发现阻碍学校变革推进的瓶颈问题是运行重心太高、价值取向模糊、缺乏系统综合思维。为此,本文在理论上通过比较相关概念,进一步厘清"治理"的理念;在实践上,努力提炼当代学校变革走向治理的转化路径。最后指出,实现治理需要重心下移的运行方式、成人成事的价值取向和综合融通的思维方式。 The trend of contemporary school education reform and development is to creatively implement the new concept of " governance." Combined with the particularity of the school organization and its members, we can find the bottlenecks that hinder the promotion of school change: the focus of operation is too high, the value orientation is fuzzy, and there is a lack of systematic and comprehensive thinking mode. To this end, in theory by comparing the relevant concepts, it is necessary to deeply clarify the " governance" of new ideas. In practice, the transformation path of realizing governance in contemporary school reform is refined and enlightened. To realize governance, we need a new operation mode, aduh'svalue orientation and the integrated approach of thinking.
