摘要
文章分析了影响高校图书馆馆员职业安全的主要因素,并对高校图书馆职业安全的防护路径进行了探讨:引入HSE管理体系,增强馆员职业防护意识;消除环境污染危害,改善图书馆馆员工作环境;坚持以人为本理念,重视馆员身心安全;建立健全法规体系,保障馆员合法权益。
This paper analyzes the main factors that affect the occupational safety of university librarians, and discusses the protection path of occupational safety of university library： introduce HSE management system, enhance the awareness of librarian＇s occupational protection, eliminate the harm of environmental pollution and improve the working environment of librarians; adhere to the people-oriented concept, attention to the physical and mental health of librarians; establish and improve the legal system to protect the legitimate rights and interests of librarians.
