摘要
慕课给大学英语教师提升教育教学质量的同时,也给他们专业发展和教学发展带来了挑战。本文从SWOT视角研究慕课时代大学英语教师发展态势,以问题意识为导向,分析大学英语教师发展面对的优劣势及机遇与风险,并以此为基础,提出慕课时代大学英语教师发展的构建路径。
The rapid development of MOOC has not only improved college English teachers quality in teaching,but also brought them great pressures and challenges. In this MOOC era is analyzed from the perspective of SWOT analysis. paper, College English teachers' development Oriented by problem awareness, the strengths and opportunities are clarified, while the weaknesses and threats are analyzed. Based on this analysis, the ways for College English teachers' development are put forward.
