摘要
技术的革新使得现代企业在开展自身业务的过程中更为便捷,能为企业提供更为准确的数据和信息,这为开展营销、项目施工、运维管理提供了便利的方式。论文主要从阐述在房地产中应用计算机技术意义的角度着手,对房地产企业管理中应用计算机技术的范围及创新应用办法予以探究。此次研究的主要目的是为了明确计算机对企业的重要作用,进而使得房地产企业在自身运营过程中广泛使用该项技术,提升其在市场中的综合竞争力。
The innovation of technology makes modem enterprises more convenient in the process of carrying out their business, it can provide more accurate data and information for enterprise, it provides a convenient way for carrying out marketing, project construction, operation and maintenance management. This paper mainly expounds the significance of the application of computer technology in the real estate, analyzes the application scope of computer technology in the real estate business management and its innovative application methods. The main purpose of this study is to clear the important role of computers in enterprises, so that this technology can be used widely in the operation process of real estate enterprises, and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the real estate enterpises in the market.
