摘要
论文介绍了某公司薪酬管理的现状,并对员工就现有薪酬管理进行了满意度调查;以调查材料为依据,以人力资源理论为指导,对其进行了深入分析;在此基础上,针对公司行业特点,提出公司薪酬管理的对策和建议。
This paper introduces the current situation of salary management of a company, and the employee satisfaction survey on the existing salary management is conducted. Based on the survey material and the human resource theory, it is analyzed deeply. On this basis, in view of the company's industry characteristics, the company's salary management strategies and recommendations are put forward.
