摘要
为观察止痛如神汤加减口服治疗痔术后肛缘水肿的临床疗效，将2016年6月至2017年3月甘肃省张掖市中医医院收治的68例痔患者，随机分为研究组和常规组，每组各34例。常规组给予常规治疗，研究组给予止痛如神汤加减口服治疗。对比分析2组患者水肿消失时间及临床疗效。结果显示，治疗后研究组患者水肿消失时间为（6．23±0．87）d，常规组为（9．68±2．33）d，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。研究组总有效率为94．12％（32／34），常规组为76．47％（26／34），差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结果表明，止痛如神汤加减口服治疗痔术后肛缘水肿的临床效果颇为显著，值得临床推广应用。
This study was to observe the clinical effect of modified Zhitong Rushen Tang（a TCM formula decoction for stopping pain） in the treatment of postoperative ano-edge edema in hemorrhoids patients, ran- domly divided 68 cases with this disease subject to treatment in author＇s hospital from June 2016 to March 2017 into research group and routine group,34 cases for each,which the latter received routine therapy, meanwhile the former received above-mentioned modified Zhitong Rushen Tang; then compared and ana- lysed both groups＂ clinical effect and the time for edema disappearance.As results,in total effective rate（94. 12%,32/34 vs 76.47% ,26/34）,and in the time for edema disappearance[（6.23±0.87） d vs （9.68±2.33） d],there all was significant difference between the former and the latter（all, P 〈0.05）.Resuhs show that the Tang for treating postoperative ano-edge edema has significant clinical efficacy.It is worth to be popu- larized and used.
