摘要
利器砍杀极端暴力犯罪下,开发武术短兵术军事性能,主要是为了提升警察应急防卫能力,以应对此类暴力犯罪行为。武术短兵术军事性能开发具有的的社会特性与利器砍杀极端暴力犯罪对警察应急防卫能力的要求是相同的。武术短兵术军事性能服务警察应急防卫能力提升具有可行性,要在警营中推广、创新武术短兵运动,充实警营体育文化特色。另外还要构建技术嫁接训练体系,凸显训练层次性和实效性。最后要加强思想认识,重视武术短兵术公安教育训练。
