目的:通过扫描电镜观察桩核与牙体组织粘接界面裂隙宽度,研究不同桩道预备时机对两种纤维桩核与牙体组织粘接界面密合性的影响。方法:将40颗人离体前磨牙按桩核预备时机和纤维桩材料分为ABCD组(n=10)。使用扫描电镜(SEM)分别在纤维桩核冠完成后、冷热循环5000次后和循环加载24万次后,观察测量每组试件桩核与牙体组织粘接界面的裂隙宽度,并进行单因素方差分析。结果:纤维桩核冠完成后,扫描电镜观察测量ABCD各组的裂隙宽度相近差异均无统计学意义。试件经冷热循环后,A组的裂隙宽度小于C组,差异有统计学意义,B组的裂隙宽度小于D组,差异有统计学意义,其余各组差异计学意义。试件经冷热循环及循环加载后,A组的裂隙宽度小于C组,差异有统计学意义;B组裂隙宽度小于D组,差异有统计学意义;C组的裂隙宽度小于D组,差异有统计学意义,A组的裂隙宽度与B组相近,差异无统计学意义。结论:FRC纤维桩核冠的边缘密合性优于预成石英纤维桩核冠的边缘密合性;对于预成石英纤维桩,在根管治疗后即刻进行桩道预备达到的边缘密合性优于延迟桩道预备,而对于FRC纤维桩,不同桩道预备时机对纤维桩核与牙体粘接界面密合性无明显影响。
Objective: To examine the effect of immediate versus delayed post space preparation on the sealing ability of FRC post and prefabricated quartz fiber post. Methods: The samples were consisted of a collection of 40 recently extracted single-rooted premolars. The samples were then devided into four groups, based on the type of post (FRC or prefabricated post) and the timing of post space preparation (immediate or delayed). All specimens underwent 5000 thermal cycles to simulate hot and cold temperature changes in the mouth; 240,000 load cycles were performed to simulate oral chewing process. When repair is completed, thermal cycling and cyclic loading finished, we use a desktop SEM to measure the width of micro-cracks on the interface of post-core and of the tooth tissue in each specimens of four groups. Results: After the com- pletion of the fiber pile, there was no statistically significant difference in the width of fi'actures in the ABCD groups. After thermal aging, there was a statistical difference between group A and group C(A〈C). There was a statistical difference be- tween group B and group D(B〈D). After cyclic loadings, the gap width of group A was smaller than that of group C, group B was smaller than group D, group C was smaller than group D(P〈0.05). While group A was similar with group B(P〉0.05). Conclusion: FRC post performed better than prefabricated post on the sealing ability. For the FRC post, the delayed group has the same sealing ability with the instant group. For the prefabricated post, the instant group has the better sealing ability than the delayed group.
