摘要 为了能在今后的施工过程中少走弯路,保证锅炉小径管现场安装的焊接质量。归纳整理出电厂安装过程中,锅炉小径管常见的焊接质量缺欠(主要未熔合、未焊透、气孔等),分析了产生焊接质量缺欠(主要未熔合、未焊透、气孔等)的主要原因,并对如何改善此类焊接缺欠作了有益的探讨,希望能给以后的锅炉安装焊接工作带来借鉴。因为在电建安装过程中焊接质量是锅炉安装工程的关键环节,焊接质量的好坏,是决定锅炉安装质量的关键之一,直接关系到锅炉能否安全运行。 The welding quality of field welding of small-diameter boiler tube is guaranteed to avoid detours in future construction. In this paper, welding quality of several installed power plants, common defects of welding quality of small-diameter boiler tubes in the process of plant installation (mainly including non-fusion, incomplete fusion, porosity, etc.) are summarized and analyzed. The main cause of defects of welding quality (including non-fusion,incomplete fusion,porosity,etc.) is discussed,and how to fix the defect of such welding is discussed ,with the aim to provide reference to future boiler installation works. Welding quality in the installation process of electric power construction is the key link of boiler installation and the quality of welding is one of the keys to boiler installation quality and directly related to the safety operation of the boiler.
