摘要
海水抽水蓄能电站具有广阔的发展前景。但由于海洋的特殊性,也面临着许多问题和挑战。在我国,海水抽水蓄能电站的建设和研究尚处于起步阶段[1]。而如何客观、合理的选取评价指标,对海水抽水蓄能电站的效益进行综合评价,具有重要的理论研究价值和实际意义。本文根据海水抽水蓄能电站的特点,利用科学的理论和方法,从经济效益指标、社会与电网效益指标、环境效益指标来分析建立"海水抽水蓄能电站的综合评价指标体系",并通过模糊综合评判模型的构建,探讨解决如何对海水抽水蓄能电站的效益进行合理、科学的评估,对海水抽水蓄能电站的发展有着一定的促进作用和指导意义,为我国建设和运行海水抽水蓄能电站提供科学的决策支持。
The water pumped storage power station has a broad development prospects. But due to the particularity of the sea, also faced with many problems and challenges. In our country, the construction of pumped storage power station of sea water and the research is still in its infancy. And how to objective and reasonable selection of evaluation index, the comprehensive evaluation of seawater the benefit of pumped storage power station has an important theoretical research value and practical significance. In this paper, according to the characteristics of the water pumped storage power plant, using scientific theory and method, from the economic benefit indexes, social benefit indicators, environmental indicators with power grid to analyze to establish comprehensive evaluation index system of pumped storage power station "sea", and through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to build, to discuss how to solve the water pumped storage power station for the benefit of the rational and scientific assessment of the water pump storage and the development of the pumped-storage power station has a certain role in promoting and guiding significance, for our country construction and run the water pumped storage power station to provide scientific decision support.
