摘要
本文采用碳钢盐酸酸洗废液与含铝废渣反应,制备出氯化铝铁产品A、产品B。通过筛选确定硫酸亚铁、产品A、产品B最佳投加量及pH。在最佳条件下,对比研究了三种混凝剂(硫酸亚铁、产品A、产品B)去除实际印染废水的处理效果。结果表明,产品B处理效果最好,脱色率达42.47%、COD_(cr)去除率达58.38%,其污泥产生量比产品A更低。结合资源综合利用以及处理成本考虑,产品A和产品B适合于碱性印染废水处理。
Aluminium Ferric Chloride product A and product B were prepared by Iron pickling liquid and Aluminiferous waste slag. The dosage and pH of ferrous sulfate, product A, product B were investigated. Under optimal conditions, effects of three kinds of coagulants (ferrous sulfate, product A and product B) on the removal of the real dyeing wastewater were compared. The results showed that the treatment efficiency of product B was the best, the deeolorization rate was 42.47 %, CODer removal rate was 58.38 %, and the sludge production was lower than product A. Combined with comprehensive utilization of resources and treatment costs, product A and product B are suitable for alkaline dyeing wastewater treatment.
