摘要
以秸秆为原料,采用炭化-磺化法制备了秸秆炭基固体酸,通过FTIR、XRD、SEM、EDS、TGA及DSC对秸秆炭基固体酸进行表征,并将其用于催化高酸值废油脂与甲醇酯交换制备生物柴油,对反应条件进行了优化。结果表明:磺酸基团被引入秸秆炭表面;当醇油摩尔比18∶1、催化剂用量为废油脂质量的5%、反应温度85℃、反应时间8 h时,脂肪酸甲酯收率可达97.2%;秸秆炭基固体酸重复使用6次后,脂肪酸甲酯收率仍在82%以上。
Stalk charcoal - based solid acid was synthesized through carbonization followed by sulfonation, and it was characterized by FTIR, XRD, SEM, EDS, TGA and DSC. Moreover, stalk charcoal- based solid acid was used in transesterification of methanol and waste oil with high acid value to produce biodiesel, and the process conditions were optimized. The results showed that the sulfonic group was successfully grafted onto the surface of stalk charcoal. The yield of fatty acid methyl esters reached 97.2% under the conditions of molar ratio of methanol to waste oil 18: 1, catalyst dosage 5% (based on the mass of waste oil), reaction temperature 85℃, reaction time 8 h. The yield of fatty acid methyl esters remained above 82% after catalyst being used for six times.
