摘要
目前,我国正在着力建立政府主导制定的标准与市场自主制定的标准协同发展、协调配套的新型标准体系,以推进政策、规则、标准的互联互通,促进标准联通"一带一路"计划的顺利实施。那么,地方专业标准化技术委员会如何围绕促进标准联通"一带一路"发挥作用,提高标准的先进性和应用效果,使地方标准化技术委员会建设协同发展,本文提出一点粗浅的讨论。
