摘要 高铁项目施工技术要求高、周期长、规模大,施工中面临风险众多,需要对其风险进行科学管控。在建立高铁项目施工风险评价三级指标体系基础上,将模糊语义量化应用于CUOWGA算子,考虑风险间的相关性,用改进的CUOWGA算子和Shapley值函数对高铁项目施工风险指标体系进行评价。 The high speed railway project construction with technology complexity, long cycle, large scale is faced with many risks, which need for scientific management and control of its risks. On the basis of establishing setting up the three level index system of risk assessment of high speed railway project construction, this paper applies the quantification of fuzzy semantics to the CUOWGA operator, considers the correlation between construction risks, and uses the improved CUOWGA operator and Shapley valued function to evaluate the index system of risk assessment.
