摘要
不明原因肝病是指那些通过常规方法没有或不能明确诊断的肝病。近年来,不明原因肝病所占比例不断升高,临床疗效欠佳。提高对不明原因肝病的认识及临床诊断水平是临床迫切须要解决的现实问题。本文就不明原因肝病概念及临床诊断思路进行综述。
Unknown etiology liver disease refers that liver disease cannot be clearly diagnosed by conventional detection methods. In recent years, the proportion of unknown cause of liver disease continues to rise and clinical efficacy is poor. It is urgent to raise the level of knowledge and diagnosis of this disease. This review focuses on definition and clinical diagnosis taken of unknown etiology liver disease.
