摘要 目的探究血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)和白细胞介素-23(IL-23)在腺样体肥大患者血清中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法 60例腺样体肥大患者,根据腺样体阻塞后鼻孔范围进行分度,40例3度和4度腺样体肥大患者纳入观察组,20例1度和2度腺样体肥大患者纳入对照组。两组均实施腺样体组织中IL-17和IL-23检测,同时对其表达水平进行统计,分析IL-17和IL-23在患者病变中的意义。同时,检测两组患者血液中尘螨的特异性免疫球蛋白E(IgE),并比较。结果经检测对照组患者的IL-17、IL-23水平分别为(120.36±23.25)、(56.28±24.16)pg/ml,均低于观察组的(161.19±38.57)、(74.35±26.74)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者的特异性IgE水平为(18.01±15.28)kU/L,低于观察组患者的(31.06±26.35)kU/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病情较重者各项指标表达均较高。结论腺样体肥大患者血清IL-17和IL-23在临床中的表达明显,和患者病情存在密切关系,可能成为腺样体肥大治疗新的突破口。 Objective To investigate the expression of interleukin-17 (IL-17) and interleukin-23 (IL- 23) in adenoid tissue of patienis with adenoid hypertrophy and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 60 patients with adenoid hypertrophy were divided by degree of nostrils after "adenoid obstruction, 40 patients with degree 3 and 4 adenoid hypertrophy as the observation group. 20 patients with degree 1 degree and 2 adenoid hypertrophy as the control group. IL-17 and IL-23 in adenoid tissue were detected in two groups, and the level of expression was collected. The significance of IL-17 and IL-23 in the pathological changes of the patients was analyzed, and the specific immunoglobulin E (IgE) of dust mites in blood of two groups was detected and compared. Results After detection, the control group had IL-17, IL-23 levels respectively as (120.36 ± 23.25) and (56.28 ± 24.16) pg/ml, which were all lower than (161.19± 38.57) and (74.35±26.74) pg/ml in the observation group, and their difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The control group had lower specific IgE levels as (18.01 ± 15.28) kU/L than (31.06 ± 26.35) kU/L in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). All the indexes were higher in patients with severe condition. Conclusion The expression of serum IL-17 and IL-23 in patients with adenoidal hypertrophy is obvious, and is closely related to the patient's condition. It may be a new breakthrough in the treatment of adenoidal hypertrophy.
