摘要
[目的]研究参苓白术丸佐治非感染性腹泻对患儿临床症状及血清IL-6、IL-17的影响。[方法]研究对象选取我院2015年6月~2016年11月收治的非感染性腹泻患儿150例,按照随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组75例。对照组患儿接受双歧杆菌四联活菌片等常规治疗,在此基础上,观察组患儿接受参苓白术丸治疗。比较2组患儿的治疗总有效率、腹泻消失时间和住院时间及治疗前后2组患儿血清IL-6、IL-17的水平。[结果]观察组的治疗总有效率(93.33%)明显高于对照组(80.00%)(χ~2=4.82,P=0.04);观察组患儿腹泻消失时间和住院时间均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组患儿的血清中IL-6、IL-17均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]参苓白术丸辅助治疗非感染性腹泻患儿的临床疗效显著,能明显改善患儿症状,减轻机体炎症反应,且治疗安全性高,值得在临床推广。
[Objective]To study the effect of Shenlingbaizhu pills on clinical symptoms and serum levels of IL-6and IL-17 in children with noninfectious diarrhea.[Methods]150children with noninfectious diarrhea in our hospital from June 2015 to November 2016 were selected as the research objects.The control group were treated with Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets and other conventional treatment,while the observation group were treated with Shenlingbaizhu pills therapy on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The total effective rates,the time of disappearance of diarrhea,hospitalization time,and the levels of serum IL-6and IL-17 in two groups before and after the treatment were compared.[Results]The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（80.00%）,and the difference was significant（χ2=4.82,P=0.04）.The time of disappearance of diarrhea and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly longer than those of the control group,the difference was significant（P0.01）.The serum levels of IL-6and IL-17 of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was significant（P0.01）.[Conclusion]The clinical curative effect of Shenlingbaizhu pills treatment on children with noninfectious diarrhea is significant,and it can significantly improve symptoms of patients and reduce inflammatory response,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
