摘要 基于转轴内键槽加工精度和批量生产的要求,设计并制造了一种新型结构刨铣刀体组合夹具,大幅提升了夹具的稳定性、可操作性和强度。通过工艺验证结果表明,新刀体组合夹具结构能有效保证内键槽的加工精度,降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率。 Abstract: Based upon the requirement of the plan-mill- ing precision of the internal keyways on the rotating shaft as well as the batch production, a new kind of composite fix- ture constructed with planers and cutters was designed and manufactured, greatly improving the stability of fixture, op- erability and strength as well. The technological verification stated that the composite fixture constructed with planers and cutters guaranteed the plan-milling precision of the in- ternal keyways effectively, decreased the labor strength and increased the production efficiency.
