摘要 介绍了量子点的性质、合成方法和修饰,就如何制备低毒及量子产率较高的量子点、如何完美的把量子点与生物分子偶联,以及量子点在荧光共振能量转移、离子检测、生物分子中的应用进行了论述并给予了展望。 The characteristics,synthesis methods and modification of quantum dots are introduced. In addition,the methods to prepare the quantum dots with low toxicity and high quantum yield and the ways to couple quantum dots with bio molecules perfectly are described.At last,the applications of quantum dots in fluorescence resonance energy transfer,ion detection and bio molecules are discussed and expected.
