摘要
利用ANSYS有限元软件,对SE-东方炉水冷壁进行了特征值和几何与材料双非线性屈曲分析。根据特征值计算结果,气化炉水冷壁具有类似圆筒壁的特性,可以通过对应的当量壁厚进行失稳计算;不同压力、温度及几何偏差下的非线性计算结果,证明临界失稳压力的主要影响因素为几何偏差,可以通过弹性模量及屈服强度对不同温度下的结果进行关联,得到水冷壁外压临界失稳压力公式。本研究方法亦可用于其他非圆筒截面的外压失稳分析。
The stability of membrane wall is an important guarantee for stable and safe operation of gasifier. In this paper, the eigenvalue and geometric/material nonlinear buckling analysis of membrane wall of SE-Gasifier under multi parameters are carried out by using ANSYS. According to the result of eigenvalue analysis, it is concluded that the membrane wall has the characteristics similar to the cylindrical wall, and it can be calculated by the equivalent thickness;Through the nonlinear analysis under different pressure, temperature and geometric deviation it is proved that the pressure does not affect the critical buckling pressure, the main influence factor is the geometric deviation ;the critical buckling pressure under different temperature can be related through the elastic modulus and yield strength ;thus, the formulas can be applied to practical engineering calculation. This research method can also be applied to the analysis of external pressure buckling of non-cylindrical shapes.
