摘要
与第一代晶硅太阳能电池相比,柔性衬底薄膜太阳能电池具有原料消耗少、工艺简单、衬底廉价、能耗低、可弯曲、不易破碎、弱光性好、受高温影响小、易于光伏建筑一体化等特性。本文详细阐述了目前主流柔性衬底薄膜太阳能电池——化合物半导体薄膜太阳能电池的基本结构、制备方法、研究进展及产业化现状,指出了存在的不足和解决的途径,并对其发展趋势和应用前景进行了展望。
Compared with the first generation of crystalline silicon solar cells, the flexible substrate thin-film solar cells have the characteristics of raw mater'ial reduced consumption, simple process, the substrate cheap, low energy consumption, flexible, not easily broken, weak light, small affected by high temperature, and easy to building integrated photovoltaics .This paper expounds the basic structure, preparation methods, research progress and industrialization situation of the current mainstream flexible substrate thin-film solar cells, which was compound semiconductor thin film, points out the deficiencies and the way to solve, and its development trend and application prospect is discussed.
