摘要
随着高等职业院校生源结构和学情发生很大变化,基础课程的定位不仅限于知识的传授,还应注重学生综合素质和职业能力的提高,这就需要建设一支"一专多能"型的教师队伍。高职院校应该探索基础课师资队伍培养途径,制定培养体系,在师资队伍结构、教师能力拓展、教科研团队协作、与专业相融合等方面提升基础课教师的能力。
With the changing policies of college students' recruitment, students recruited are of various background with quite different learning motivation. Under this circumstance, no foundation course can just narrow itself on passing down knowledge, but with foci also on developing students' qualities and vocational skills. Therefore, all-rounded teaching teams are called for in order to meet the challenge, and vocational colleges are required to develop their teachers' comprehensive abilities by exploring new ways and setting up new systems in various aspects such as faculty training and construction, teamwork in teaching and research, and integration with major courses and so on.
