摘要
通过实例探讨圆筒形加热炉(以下简称圆筒炉)扩能改造的方法,详细介绍了改造方案的制定、改造界面的选择以及改造工程的具体实施,提出了圆筒炉改造过程中的重要节点。针对炉管系统的优化及钢结构局部节点的加固,对比了多种改造施工方法,给出选择具体施工方法的原则。同时,提出了圆筒炉改造施工过程中应注意的问题,总结出圆筒炉改造技术特点,为炼油行业加热炉的技术改造升级提供了一种思路和方法。
This paper discusses the cylindrical furnace expansion revamp method through example.This paper introduces in detail the revamp from the making of the plan,selection of the interface and specific implementation of the project.It presents the important nodes in the revamp process of the cylindrical furnace.Aiming at the optimization of the furnace tube system and the local node reinforcement of the steel structure,the paper compares several revamp construction methods and presents the principles for the selection of specific construction methods.Meanwhile,it brings forward some attentive issues during the construction process of the cylindrical furnace revamp.The paper summarizes the technical features of the cylindrical furnace.These provide new idea and method for the technical transformation and upgrading of the heating furnace in oil refining industry.
