摘要
针对产能受限的问题,常村煤矿选煤厂新建了一套重介系统,主选设备采用了一台3CDC1500/1100型三产品重介质旋流器。为评价重介系统分选效果,对该旋流器进行了单机检查试验,结果表明:该旋流器分选效果良好,一段分选可能偏差为0.021 g/cm^3,二段分选可能偏差为0.028 g/cm^3,分选数量效率为99.60%,且产品质量稳定。
Because of the limited treating capacity of the plant, a heavy medium separation system is added with the 3CDC 1500/1100 3-product H. M. cyclone as the primary washing equipment. For asses- sing the operating performance of the system, test is made with a stand-alone cyclone. As evidenced by test result, the cyclone works remarkably well with the Ep values of the first and second stages being as low as 0. 021 g/cm3 and 0. 028 g/cm3 respectively, and an organic efficiency of 99.60% , and the prod- uct is consistent in quality.
