摘要
一种木工开榫机,采用感应电机为动力设计而成。该设备通过凿刀的旋转切削,以及定位块控制切削深度的配合下,实现对木工工件进行开凹形榫眼的操作,解决了工人采用原始锯、斧、凿等工具的方法进行手工开榫的问题,以机械代替人工,既保证了开榫木工件的产品质量,又提高了开榫的精度和效率,降低了工人的劳动强度。
The design relates to a woodworking tenoning machine which is powered by the induction motor. Coordinated with the positioning block to control the cutting depth, the device is able to implement the operations of concave mortise on the wood workpiece through the rotary cutting chisel, which replaces the traditional methods of manual tenoning by using saws, axes and chisels etc. Featured by machinery instead of manual, it is not only guaranteeing the quality of tenoned wood work-piece product, but also improving the precision and efficiency of the tenoning, and also reducing the labor intensity of workers.
