我国焦化蜡油催化裂化技术进展 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了焦化蜡油的特征组分和各组分对催化裂化反应的影响。概括了焦化蜡油影响催化裂化转化率的3个因素:焦化蜡油本身低裂化性能,竞争吸附效应,易生焦特性。对催化裂化掺炼焦化蜡油的催化裂化吸附转化加工焦化蜡油工艺,两段提升管加工焦化蜡油工艺和分区催化裂化工艺进行了概述。指出开发具有脱氮功能的催化裂化焦化蜡油催化剂、氮转移助剂及脱氮工艺,减少催化裂化过程中氮转移至液体产品,满足产品质量的需求,是催化裂化焦化蜡油发展的趋势之一。 The effects of characteristic components and each component of coking gas oil(CGO) on cat- alytic cracking (FCC) were reviewed fluidized with 30 references. Three reasons for descent of catalytic cracking conversion influenced by CGO such as low cracking performance, competitive adsorption effect and easy coking properties were summarized. The denitrified catalytic cracking process,the two- stage riser FCC process and the divisional fluid catalytic cracking process as well as the catalyst for catalyticcracking CGO in China were overviewed. In order to reduce nitrogen content of liquid from FCC progress and meet the quality of FCC products, it was pointed out that denitrified catalytic cracking CGO catalyst, nitrogen transfer agent and denitrogenation process would be one of trends of catalytic cracking CGO de- velopment.
