摘要
高校中层领导干部在高校改革发展中发挥着重要的职能和作用。研究着眼于从严加强干部日常管理监督、统筹推进高校中层干部队伍建设的命题,探讨了加强高校中层干部管理监督工作的背景和意义、误区和不足、路径和对策。提出从全面从严的标准、全面从严的措施和更加全面的协同三个维度,推动形成高校中层干部全面从严的日常管理监督新常态。
Middle-level cadres play an important role in the reform and development of higher education. The article focuses on strengthening the daily management and supervision of cadre,promoting the construction of middle-level cadres team of colleges,which also probes into the background,significance,insufficiency,path and countermeasures of strengthening the management and supervision of cadre. Based on integrating the standard,measurement and synergism of comprehensively strengthen discipline,the article also proposes constructing the new normal of daily management of middle-level cadres.
