摘要
目的:了解医院和企业在医疗专利转化过程中存在的问题及其影响因素。方法:通过对医院与企业的立场分析和专利转化过程的流程分析,绘制影响因素的鱼骨图。结果:医院、企业、政策、市场、发明人和专利本身在不同阶段共同产生影响。结论:医疗专利成功转化,需在提高专利质量的基础上,完善专利管理制度,形成转化人才队伍,多方通力合作。
Objective To investigate the problems existing in the medical patents conversion in hospitals and enterprises and the influential factors of them. Methods Through the position analysis of hospitals and enterprises and the process analysis of the medical patents conversion, we draw out the fishbone diagram of influential factors. Results Hospital, enterprises, policies, mar- kets, and patents themselves have impacts on the medical patents conversion in different phases together. Conclusion To success- fully carry out the conversion, it is necessary to optimize the medical patent management system and form the talents team for med- ical patents conversion in hospital on the basis ofimproving the quality of medical patents, and multilateral cooperation will be re- quired.
