某高速公路隧道2次衬砌厚度不足病害整治 被引量:4

Treatments defects of secondary lining thickness of an expressway tunnel

摘要 2次衬砌厚度不足病害直接降低隧道结构的可靠度.以某高速公路隧道为研究对象,从纵向里程变化和横断面不同位置2个方面对2次衬砌厚度不足病害进行统计分析,将左线和右线2次衬砌厚度不足病害对比分析整治,采用数值分析软件对整治前后衬砌结构受力进行数值模拟以验证整治效率,以期能够为类似隧道2次衬砌厚度不足病害整治提供借鉴.结果如下:1)在横断面位置上,拱顶处2次衬砌厚度不足病害最严重;在纵向里程上,左线拱腰处ZK21+575~600、ZK21+700~725段,边墙处ZK21+750~800段,右线拱腰处K21+800~875段2次衬砌厚度不足病害相对严重,建议加强衬砌健康状况检测;2)得到2次衬砌厚度不足病害整治前后衬砌结构的内力及安全系数变化,整治后衬砌结构的承载力和稳定性明显增强,拱腰和墙脚处安全系数显著增大,十分利于塑性区域明显集中的坑道侧壁的受力,证明整治措施有效. The defecty of secondary lining thickness reduce the reliability of tunnel directly. The paper takes an expressway tunnel in Guangxi as the research object, making statistics and analysis of defects of secondary lining thicknesses from two different aspects, including different positions of cross-sections and longitudinal positions of mileage, proposing defects treatment, using the numerical analysis software to simulate defects and treatment measures to verify the effect of treatments. The main achievements of this paper include: (1)On the cross-sectional position, the most serious defects of secondary lining thickness are in the positions of vault; in the longitudinal mileage, there are a lot of sections where the defects of secondary lining thicknesses are more serious, including the sections of ZK21+575 to ZK21+600,ZK21+ 700 to ZK21+725 of left arch waist, and the sections of ZK21+750 to ZK21+800 of side wall of the left line, as well as the sections of K21+ 800 to K21 + 875 of arch waist of the right line; suggesting to strengthen monitoring health of tunnel lining. (2)Getting the change of internal force and safety factor of linging before and after its treatment; there is a significantly increase of carrying capacity of lining and the safety factor of the arch waist and the wall footing, which is beneficial to the force of tunnel side wall that is concentrated with plastic range; it is proved that the treatment is effective.
