摘要
将含分布式电源的配电网的优化运行按场景概率加以区分,转换为每个场景下的确定性多时间尺度优化问题。长时间尺度下,对整个运行周期的运行成本及收益进行建模,以配电网综合用电成本为优化目标,提高其经济性;短时间尺度内综合考虑储能系统用于平抑电网波动及削峰填谷的优化运行,提高分布式发电供电品质。通过引入混沌理论和模拟退火思想,提出基于改进粒子群优化算法的有源配电网优化运行方法,将其应用于解决有源配电网优化运行问题。最后实例分析验证了所提出方法的有效性和可行性。
Based on the probability of scenario occurrence,the optimal operation of distribution network with DG will be a deterministic multi-time scale optimization problem under each scenario. In long time scale,the operation cost and benefit of the whole operation cycle of distribution network with DG are modeled,making the distribution network comprehensive cost as the optimization target in order to improve its economic benefit. In short time scale,considering the application of power fluctuations smoothing and load shifting,the operation of energy storage system is optimized in order to improve the quality of DG. Then by introducing the chaos theory and simulated annealing,an operation optimization method based on IPSO algorithm is applied to the operation of distribution network with DG. Finally,the results of a case study verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
