含水乙醇汽油发动机循环变动研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过测取和处理分析汽油机燃用含水乙醇汽油时的缸内压力数据,对比分析平均指示压力、最高燃烧压力和质量燃烧百分率等不同循环变动表征参数,并且通过探讨平均指示压力与燃烧相位间的相关性,深入研究了含水乙醇汽油发动机的燃烧循环变动。结果表明:在低转速中等负荷下,汽油机燃用E10W5含水乙醇汽油相比于纯汽油循环变动增大;燃烧循环变动主要发生在燃烧初期;滞燃期和主燃期循环变动对平均指示压力循环变动影响较大。 In this paper, the cylinder pressures in a gasoline engine fueled with hydrous ethanol gasoline were acquired and analyzed, and the cyclic variation characterization parameters, including the mean indicated pressure, maximum combustion pressure and combustion quality percentage, were also analyzed. Through the discuss of the correlation between the mean indicated pressure and combustion phase, the cyclic variations of a PFI engine fueled with hydrous ethanol gasoline were deeply investigated. The results show that under the condition of low speed and medium load, compared to pure gasoline, cyclic variations of the engine fueled with E10W5 hydrous ethanol gasoline increase; the cyclic variations mainly occur in the early combustion; ignition delay period and the main combustion period have a great influence on the cyclic variations of the mean indicated pressure.
