摘要
单桩竖向抗压静载试验是检测单桩竖向抗压承载力最直接、可靠的方法,锚桩反力装置是检测大吨位工程桩最为常用的装置,其能承受的最大加载吨位直接决定了试验最大加荷值的大小。对于单个锚桩承受拉拔力>5 000k N(500t)的桩基检测,常用的锚桩反力装置存在结构受力不可靠的缺陷,并且具有一定安全风险。结合昆明景成大厦项目塔楼工程桩试桩的检测,对所采用的改进之后的新型反力横梁加载装置进行研究。
The vertical compressive load test of single pile is the most direct and reliable method to detect the vertical compressive bearing capacity of single pile. The anchor pile reaction device is the most commonly used device for detecting large-tonnage piles. The maximum load tonnage that it can withstand directly determine the size of the maximum test load. For a single anchor pile to withstand drawing force greater than 500 tons of pile foundation detection, the commonly used anchor pile reaction device structure is unreliable defects, and has a certain security risk. In this paper, combined with the inspection of pile test of Kunming Jingeheng building project tower, the new type of reaction beam loading device after the improvement is adopted.
