摘要
对1995—2016年间SPS委员会上讨论的西亚北非作为被提出方的特别贸易关注内容进行汇总分析,介绍西亚北非面临的SPS特别贸易关注概况,详细分析其主题内容及特点,并提出针对性的对策措施。旨在有效规避西亚北非SPS措施贸易壁垒,保障我国出口贸易,服务"一带一路"战略。
In this article,the specific trade concerns on which West Asia and North Africa is been raised at the SPS committees during 1995-2016 are summarized and analyzed. The general situation of WTO/ SPS specific trade concems of West Asia and North Africa is introduced,and the theme content and char- acteristics are analyzed detailedly,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. It is designed to effectively circumvent the West Asia and North Africa SPS measures barriers to trade,to protect China＇s export trade,service ＂One Belt And One Road＂ strategy.
