摘要
研究了不同发泡剂对橡胶力学性能的影响。含OBSH的发泡剂的发泡橡胶,其邵尔硬度、压缩永久变形量明显小于含AC的发泡橡胶。其中邵尔硬度在含量为3份时达到最小值,压缩永久变形量在含量为4份时达到最小值,但对含OBSH的发泡橡胶来讲,其值与含量为3份时相差不大;含OBSH的发泡橡胶其冲击回弹性能一般低于含AC发泡橡胶的冲击回弹性能,不过含OBSH的发泡橡胶其冲击回弹性能在含量为3份时达到最大值,且高于含AC发泡剂的发泡橡值。总的来说,含OBSH发泡剂的发泡橡胶其发泡行为和力学性能优于含AC发泡剂的发泡橡胶,且在含量为3份时效果较佳。
This paper studied the effects of different foaming agents on the mechanical properties of rubber. The shore hardness and compression permanent deformation of the foamed rubber containing OBSH is significantly less than foamed rubber containing AC.Shore hardness and the compress permanent deformation reaches a minimum value when the foaming agent is 3 phr and 4 phr, but for foamed rubber which containing OBSH, it's value just have a little change. The impact resilience of foamed rubber containing OBSH is generally lower than foamed rubber containing AC, but the former reaches its maximum at 3 phr and is higher than the latter. In general, foamed rubber containing OBSH has better foaming behavior and mechanical properties than foamed rubber containing AC, and is better when the foaming agent is 3 phr.
