摘要
我国城市中封闭主导的街区阻碍了滨水空间的可达性,加剧了破碎化,限制了更新改造。在开放街区的政策背景下,需要增加滨水街区的开放程度,采用有区别的策略应对不同性质的滨水街区。本文基于城市用地分类将滨水街区分为完全开放、适度开放和不适开放三种类型;然后针对不同类型的街区设计了相应的更新策略:拆围开放、缩小街区、内部联通、分割和置换,从而增加滨水地段中开放街区的比例,增强街区中滨水空间的开放程度,为滨水空间更新创造良好的基础。
The closed blocks or gated communities which are common in Chinese cities, attenuate the accessibility of waterfront space and lead to spatial fragmentation, which may hinder urban renewal in a sense. Under the policy background of promoting the development of open blocks, it needs to increase the degree of openness of waterfront space, adopting different strategies to deal with the waterfront block with different nature. Firstly, based on the classification of urban land use, the study divides the land use of waterfront into three types: completely open land, moderately open land and land unfitted for open. Secondly, given different degree of openness of the land, the study puts out corresponding updating strategy as: wall removal, block scale reduction, interiorlink-up, segmentation and substitution. Finally, the proportion of open blocks in waterfront space can be increased, enhancing the degree of openness of waterfront space part in these blocks, and forming a good foundation for urban renewal of waterfront space.
