摘要
目的探究1.5T MRI各方位各序列扫描对肩袖撕裂的诊断价值。方法收集2015年1月-2016年3月收治的肩关节疼痛患者48例进行研究,选择飞利浦brilliance 64诊断仪进行检查,进行SE序列、FSE序列、GRE序列、STRI序列全方位扫描。结果经手术及治疗证实:结构完整8例,部分撕裂30例,完全撕裂10例。SE/T1WI、FSE/T2WI诊断结构完整14例,部分撕裂32例,完全撕裂2例;PDWI诊断结构完整8例,部分撕裂28例,完全撕裂12例;STIR诊断结构完整8例,部分撕裂24例,完全撕裂16例。结论 PDWI序列在1.5T MRI各方位各序列扫描对肩袖撕裂的诊断敏感性最高,值得深入研究。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of 1. 5 T MRI scanning in each orientation and sequence for rotator cuff tear. Methods Dring March 2016 to March 2016,48 cases of patients with shoulder pain were selected as the study object. They were checked by PHILPS brilliance 64 diagnostic instrument,and received omnidirectional scanning of SE sequence,FSE sequence,GRE sequence and STRI sequence. Results Confirmed by operation and treatment:there were 8 cases of complete structure,30 cases of partial tear,10 cases of complete tear. SE/T1WI and FSE/T2WI diagnosis showed 14 cases of complete structure,32 cases of partial tear,2 cases of complete tear; PDWI diagnosis showed 8 cases of complete structure,28 cases of partial tear,12 cases of complete tear; STIR diagnosis showed 8 cases of complete structure,24 cases of partial tear,16 cases of complete tear. Conclusions The PDWI sequence has the highest sensitivity in the diagnosis of rotator cuff tear,it is worthy of further study.
