摘要
目的探讨微创去腐技术治疗龋齿的效果。方法选取我院2014年8月至2016年8月收治的84例龋齿患者,随机分为两组各42例。观察组采用微创去腐技术治疗,对照组采用传统高速牙钻机械去腐治疗。比较分析两组患者的疗效。结果两组单牙治疗时间为5~10 min、11~15 min、>15 min所占比例比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组的无痛率为69.0%,显著高于对照组的28.6%(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创去腐技术治疗龋齿能够有效缓解患者的疼痛症状,提高治疗依从性,减少不良反应,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive technique for caries removal in the treatment of dental caries. Methods 84 cases of patients with dental caries admitted to our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 42 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with minimally invasive technique for caries removal, while the control group was treated with the traditional high-speed drill machine for caries removal. The curative effects of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results No statistical difference was found in the rates of single tooth treatment time of 5 to 10 minutes, 11 to 15 minutes and more than 15 minutes between two groups (P〉0.05). The analgesia rate of observation group was 69.0%, significantly higher than 28.6% of control group (P〈0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Minimally invasive technique for caries removal in the treatment of dental caries can effectively relieve patients' pain, improve the treatment compliance and reduce the adverse reactions with exact curative effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
