摘要
电子实习是工科类学生重要的实践环节,是提高学生实践能力的重要途径,分析了传统电子实习课程的不足,提出将"黑盒"技术用于培养学生的电子元件应用能力;将企业产品的安装应用到学生基本操作技能的锻炼;通过灵活选题、分层设计,激发学生的学习兴趣,提升学生分析问题解决问题的能力;制定企业顶岗培训制度,提高教师实践能力。实践结果表明,电子实习课程的改革,达到了较好的教学效果,提升了人才培养质量。
Electronic practice is an improtant practice link for engineering students, which can im- prove the practice ability of the student. Due to the shortage of traditional electronic practice course, a technology named "black box" is proposed to cultivate the competence of student in applying electronic components in this paper. To train the basic skills of student, the installation of enterprise products is employed in this technology. Moreover, to stimulate interest of learning and enhance ability of analysis problem of student, the ways of flexible topic selection and hierarchical design are used. The practical ability of teacher is improved by establishing in-post training system. The results of practice show that the innovations of electronic practice course can improve the ability of practice and innovation, enhance the interesting in learning and initiative, exercise the ability of solving problem for the participating students. All of the works can enhance the level of training for engineering talent.
