摘要
目的探究年轻恒牙外伤的治疗与有效性评定。方法采用随机抽样的方式在2015年6月—2016年6月我院收治的年轻恒牙外伤患者中抽取100例作为观察对象,所有患者均采取再植术治疗,观察患者的治疗效果,并对患者进行为期1年的跟踪随访,观察有无松动的情况,并调查统计患者对手术治疗的满意度。结果本组患者中,所有患者均经过再植术治疗成功,治疗有效率97.0%,还有3例患者治疗效果不明显,随访1年无患者出现牙齿松动等情况。本组患者中对治疗效果表示满意的有98例,占98.0%,治疗效果理想。结论年轻恒牙外伤的治疗需要引起重视,再植术能够起到较好的治疗效果,治疗的有效率高,随访效果高,患者的满意度也较高。
Objective To explore the treatment and efectiveness evaluation of young permanent teeth trauma. Methods From June 2015 to June 2016, 100 cases of young permanent teeth trauma patients in our hospital were selected as observation objects by random sampling method, all patients were treated by replantation, and the therapeutic effect was observed. The patients were followed up for 1 year to observe whether there was loosening or not, and to investigate the satisfaction of patients with surgical treatment. Results In this group of patients, all patients were successfully treated by replantation, the effective rate was 97%, and 3 cases of patients with no obvious efect, followed up for 1 year, no patient appeared loose teeth and so on. In this group, 98 patients were satisfed with the treatment efect, accounting for 98%, and the treatment efect was ideal. Conclusion The treatment of young permanent teeth injury should be paid attention to, replantation can play a good therapeutic effect, the treatment of high efficiency, high follow-up effect, patient satisfaction is also higher.
