摘要
目的针对两种彩色多普勒超声在剖宫产切口瘢痕妊娠的诊断效果进行观察和分析。方法从本院近三年来所收治的剖宫产患者中选取120例,其中60例剖宫产妊娠(CSP)患者,60例非剖宫产妊娠患者,分别对其进行经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查和经腹彩色多普勒超声检查,然后对两组结果进行对比分析。结果经腹部超声检查组的漏诊率为23.3%,误诊率为20.0%,经阴道超声检查组的漏诊率为6.7%,误诊率为6.7%,两组患者的检查结果对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在进行剖宫产切口瘢痕妊娠患者的诊断工作中,应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声技术的漏诊率及误诊率较低,检查结果准确性高,较经腹彩色多普勒超声检查效果更好。
Objective To observe and analyze the diagnosis effect of two kinds of color Doppler ultrasound in cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods From the last three years, 120 cases with cesarean section material in our hospital from patients were selected, including 60 cesarean section pregnancy （CSP） patients, 60 non cesarean section pregnancy patients,respectively, of the transvaginal color doppler ultrasound and transabdominal color doppler ultrasound examination, then the results of two groups were compared. Results The missed diagnosis rate of abdominal ultrasound examination group was 23.3%, and the misdiagnosis rate was 20%, misdiagnosis rate of transvaginal ultrasound group was 6.7%, and the misdiagnosis rate was 6.7%, results of the two groups of patients were compared, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the cesarean scar pregnancy in patients with the diagnosis, the application of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound misdiagnosis rate and the misdiagnosis rate is low, the inspection results of high accuracy, compared with transabdominal color doppler ultrasound is better.
