摘要
目的分析空中乘务员职业特性对心理健康的影响机制,为促进乘务员的心理健康水平提供参考。方法引入睡眠质量与疲劳作为中间变量,构建理论模型。对航空公司空中乘务员开展问卷调查,获得186份有效样本数据,运用结构方程模型分析职业特性对心理健康的影响路径。结果乘务员心理健康水平不佳,主要表现在失眠、适应性差、不能有效解决问题等,性别、工作时间、飞行小时、航线类型对乘务员心理健康有显著影响。路径分析显示睡眠质量、疲劳在工作因素与心理健康之间发挥较大影响作用,工作因素对心理健康的总影响效应为0.34。结论科学制定乘务员轮班制度,提高睡眠质量并降低疲劳感受,可以促进其心理健康水平。
Objective To analyze the effect mechanism of occupational characteristics on mental health of the flight attendants, and to provide reference for promoting the mental health level of the flight attendants. Methods A theoretical model was built by introducing sleep quality and fatigue as the mediate variables. 186 valid sample data of the flight attendants were obtained through survey. Structural equation modeling technology was used to analyze the effects of occupational characteristics on the mental health of the flight attendants. Results The mental health level of the flight attendants was low, mainly reflected in insomnia, poor adaptability and unable to solve problems effectively, etc. The gender, working hours, flight hours and route type of flight lines had significant effects on the mental health of the flight attendants. Pathway analysis showed that the effects of sleep quality and fatigue were significantly strong between work factors and mental health, and the total effect of work factors on mental health was 0.34. Conclusion Airlines can improve sleep quality and reduce fatigue status by arranging work shift schedule scientifically, thus to promote the level of mental health.
